WINONA LAKE - The Kosciusko Leadership Academy met Tuesday in Mount Memorial at Grace College. Dr. George Slaughter led the class session on "Successfully Fulfilling the Leadership Role."

As the final class meeting for 2007-2008 KLA class, Slaughter discussed how to juggle multiple demands and commitments as leaders. He shared stress factors, how stress is processed, and how it can affect us physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. He challenged the class to consistently evaluate where they are at, and to create an identity that's not dependent on circumstances, situations, failures, or others.

Project Proud will be April 15 at 7 a.m. at the Lake City Bank Training Center in Warsaw. All are invited to come hear this year's KLA class present their White Paper Projects.[[In-content Ad]]
