Kim's Kottage Owner Arrested for Selling Motorcycle

Warsaw’s Kim’s Kottage owner Kimberly Antrim has been arrested for stealing a motorcycle in 2013.
Antrim, 49, of 1018 Monroe St., Rochester, was arrested for auto theft Thursday night.
According to the probable cause affidavit provided by the Kosciusko County prosecutor, the motorcycle was reported stolen on Dec. 22, 2013. The white 2005 Buell XB 12R was allegedly stolen sometime between Aug. 23 and Dec. 1, 2013, while it was parked at Kim’s Kottage.
Antrim admitted to Warsaw police that she sold the motorcycle for $200 to a customer between Aug. 23 and Dec. 1, 2013. The man who bought the vehicle from Antrim later traded it for box trailer.
The vehicle was recovered May 29, 2015, by the Grandview Plaza, Kan., Police Department after it was placed on Craigslist for $2,800 by the man who traded the bike for the box trailer. GPPD discovered the stolen bike at the man’s home in Kansas. He also had the receipt Antrim had given the previous owner.
Antrim was booked into Kosciusko County Jail with a $5,250 bond.[[In-content Ad]]
