KHRA Annual 'Spring Training' Conference

The Kosciusko Human Resources Association (KHRA) “Spring Training” conference will be April 22 and 23 at The Hub (back parking lot of Grace Brethren Church), 1200 Kings Highway, Winona Lake.
The keynote speaker on day one is Karel Murry. Murry is an author, motivational humorist and business consultant. Having presented to over 70,000 people in her career, she delivers content that not only informs and educates, but provides practical suggestions mixed with a healthy dose of humor.
Joining Murry on the first day is Rachel Roll. Roll is a dynamic speaker whose interactive learning experiences captivate audiences of all sizes.
Day two of the event will feature the always lively Mitzi Martin. Martin is recognized for her innovative, interactive training. Her dynamic, entertaining but direct style punctuates the legal, professional and personal benefits of managing right and the burdens and risks of not doing so.
This training will not only benefit HR professionals but all supervisors in any industry. Attendees will find that the presenters are able to keep their attention as well as present relevant content that will help them grow in their career.

Day Two Topics:
• Ending the employment relationship

• Reduction in force
HRCI credits are available both days. Day one has been approved for one Business (Strategic) Credit and 5.25 General Credits. Day two is worth 5.5 General Credits.
