Kaitlin Joy Kessie and Perry William Greene IV were married at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 24, 2011, at Central Avenue Christian Reformed Church, Holland, Mich., by Pastor Jon Reusch. 

The bride’s parents are Darci and Joe Kessie, South Whitley. The groom’s parents are Ardis and Dr. Perry Greene III.

Maid of honor was Alison Roth, friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Shelby Kreger, friend of the bride; Allison Greene, sister of the groom; and Sarah Shier, Lauren Bell and Casey Dawson, all friends of the bride.

Flower girl was Madilyn Joy Riske, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Ryan Greene, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Taylor Kessie, brother of the bride; Dirk Greene, brother of the groom; Bob Flavin and Jay Gibbs, friends of the groom; and Arthur Kelsey IV, cousin of the groom.

Ring bearer was Noah Riske, cousin of the bride.

The reception was at Alpen Rose, Holland.

The bride is a health care service coordinator with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Sterling Heights, Mich. She graduated from Whitko High School, South Whitley, in 2006 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope College, Holland, in 2010.

The groom is an administrator with Residential Home Health Care, Madison Heights, Mich. He graduated from Seaholm High School, Bloomfield Hills, Mich., in 2005 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope Colle, Holland, in 2009. 

The wedding trip was to Maui, Hawaii.
