In 1998, Hendrix was actively involved with the United Way of Kosciusko County and generated more than $1 million in funding for the United Way as campaign chairman. "The past 12 years at Kosciusko Community Hospital have been personally and professionally fulfilling," said Hendrix. "I have enjoyed being a part of the community and have worked toward improving access to quality health care services for area residents. ... I wish Kosciusko Community Hospital continual growth and best wishes to area residents. It's been a great pleasure serving you, the community." [[In-content Ad]]
