Scott and Sally Kauffman, Bourbon, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacy Kauffman, Bourbon, to TJ England, Peru. He is the son of Tim England, Mentone, and Leona Townsend, Peru.

The bride-to-be graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, in 2008. She is attending Ivy Tech Community College and University of Phoenix, studying health care administration, anticipating graduating in 2012.

The groom-elect graduated from Peru High School in 2008, and is a lance corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps.

The couple plan a Dec. 18, 2010, wedding.
