KAFE Accepting Scholarship Applications

Kosciusko Association of Female Executives is accepting scholarship applications from Kosciusko County women showing a financial need.

Aimed at the non-traditional student, the KAFE scholarship fund is for adult females who have made the decision to return to school. KAFE is dedicated to the advancement of women both professionally and personally, and recognizes the value of education beyond high school.[[In-content Ad]]Applicants must: be an adult female resident of Kosciusko County; have been out of high school for one or more years; be seeking advanced education for professional development; show financial need; and qualify for admittance to a college, university or trade school in Indiana.

Interested women must submit the KAFE Non-Traditional Scholarship Application with the required attachments by the May 1 deadline. The required attachments are a transcript of high school or college credits; a copy of the first page of most recent Federal Income Tax Return (IRS 1040 Form); two letters of recommendation from a minister, employer, teacher, professor, or the applicant's choice, excluding family members.

Applications are available at area colleges, libraries, the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, or by a written request to KAFE.
