Out of the wilderness of our current political landscape, the Democrats mustered the will to do the right thing by voting against special interests. I believe the passing of health reform is a historic victory for all Americans.
As a small business owner, I'm looking forward to the significant tax cuts, this year, that will help me afford health coverage for more employees.[[In-content Ad]]The reality is insurance companies will no longer be able to hike up premiums, deny care when you need it most or deny coverage because of pre-existing conditions. How can you be against this?
It's a first step. It's not perfect, but it is now law, which for families, seniors, young people, workers and small businesses alike is no small matter. It's progress not perfection.
