Tim and Lynda Johnston, formerly of Warsaw, will mark their 40th wedding anniversary Nov. 2, 2008. Timothy Johnston and Lynda Hornburg were married Nov. 2, 1968, at Grace Baptist Church, Seneca, Pa., with the Revs. Kenneth McDeavitt and Ralph Smith officiating.

He was the former president and owner of Quality Welding & Fabricating Inc., Warsaw, and she was formerly employed at CTB Inc., Milford. They are both retired and living in Sheridan, Mont.

The couple have three children: Shelley, Warsaw; Kirt (and spouse Michelle), Sheridan, Mont.; and Ryan (and spouse Nathalie), Switzerland. They have five grandchildren.

County Commissioners Say ‘No’ To Rezoning For Data Center
A data center won’t be coming to the Leesburg area anytime soon. By a 3-0 vote Tuesday, the Kosciusko County Commissioners upheld the Area Plan Commission’s 8-0 recommendation to deny rezoning over 500 acres from agricultural to industrial-3. The property is on the north side of CR 700N, west of CR 300W, in Prairie and Jefferson townships.
