Jobs Needed

Editor, Times-Union:

I read a letter to the editor where the county commissioners did not use and gave away stimulas money, that if I understand the program correctly could have been used to create, or help bring jobs to our county.

Unless our unemployment is at 0 percent and I know that it's not, why would they not use the money to help put people back to work.

I stood by for the last several months watching and listening to all of the Tea Party supporters telling everyone that would listen that elected officials work for us, and I agree they do.

If this is the reward we get from the commissioners, then I want my vote back because they are not working for us. Some people in this county are hurting and would welcome any job they can get, if it would help feed the kids or keep the lights on.

I would also like to comment on the animal abuse story, but first I will do some research and try to gather some facts if possible. But, before I go I have one last question to ask our county commissioners. Where are the jobs Mr. Commissioners? Where are the jobs?

Thanks for letting me vent.
