He was born Feb. 26, 1940, in Wakarusa, to Calvin and Martha Edna Phillips Blosser. On Feb. 11, 1969, he married Charlotte Morningstar, who survives.
He retired as a factory worker from Commodore Homes. He was a member of Eagles Aries 3760, Syracuse.
Also surviving are three sons, Don (and spouse Chris) Blosser, Granger, and Brent (and spouse Sally) Blosser and James (and spouse Ruth) Blosser, all of Texas; a daughter, Tracy (and spouse Robert) DeLeon, Texas; a sister, Pat Watkins, Etna Green; a brother, Denny (and spouse Jackie) Blosser, Syracuse; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.
No services are planned.
