She was born Dec. 10, 1916, in Oaktown, to Paul and Ruth VanDement Wolfe. On Jan. 27, 1938, she married Bruce McFadden, who died June 27, 2000.
She was a homemaker and an interior decorator, retiring in 1982. She was a member of Manchester Church of the Brethren and was co-founder of Unitarian Church, Delaware County, Pa.
Surviving are a son, John Hugh McFadden, San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Eric (Jane Ann) Peterson, Providence, R.I.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date. Burial will be in Manchester Church of the Brethren Memorial Garden, North Manchester.
No calling is planned.
