Jail Commander Roger Fellows has retired after 34 years of service. Fellows was hired by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department in June 1963. He was a graduate of Warsaw High School and attended Purdue University. He served in the military police of the U.S. Army. When Fellows retired Friday, he was one of the two longest-tenured employees of the county. He has served under five sheriffs. He was captain of the Sheriff's Department during David Andrews' tenure.
