NORTH MANCHESTER – Jacqueline L. “Jackie” Shumaker, 80, of North Manchester, died at 8:46 p.m. March 25, 2013, in Wabash County Hospital.
She was born July 29, 1932, in Wabash County, to Charles Wilbur  Helen Smeltzley Collins. On Sept. 11, 1955, she married Billy G. Shumaker, who survives.   
She worked at Triwec, North Manchester, for 17-1/2 years. She then worked at Custom Magnetics, North Manchester, for 17 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of Ijamsville United Methodist Church. She graduated from Central High School, North Manchester,  in 1950.
Surviving are two sons, Frank (and spouse Sharon) Shumaker, Columbia City, and Paul Douglas (and spouse Jenny) Shumaker, Warsaw; two daughters, Peggy (and spouse Vaughn) Callahan, Huntington, and Betty (and spouse Rick) Gressley, Lagro; a half brother, John Steven (and spouse Toni) Cave, North Manchester; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Kent Harting officiating. Burial will be in Laketon Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
