Jacqueline "Jackie" Rose, 75, of 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw, and formerly of Winona Lake, went home to be with her Lord at 8:45 p.m. Dec. 9, 2010, at Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw.

She was born Sept. 16, 1935, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Joseph and Merle Hubbard Campbell. On June 6, 1953, she married Leander "Bud" Rose Jr., who passed away Sept. 9, 2010.

Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, she was a homemaker and worked as a cook at Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, for 16 years. She was a member of Amazing Grace Community Church, Sidney, and River City Gospel Choir, South Whitley.

She will be lovingly remembered by a daughter, Susan (and spouse Joe) Walters, Warsaw; three sons: Larry (and spouse Lynne) Rose, Winona Lake; Bruce (and spouse Kim) Rose, Pierceton; Danny (and spouse Debra) Rose, Marion, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Adrian (and spouse Leona) Campbell, Wabash, and David (and spouse Ruth) Campbell, Prestonsburg, Ky.; and three sisters, Irene (and spouse James) Thompson, Wabash, and Nancy (and spouse Darvin) Shortridge and Lynne (and spouse Steve) Boyd, all of Prestonsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Randy and Stan Rose; a granddaughter, Lisa Schmucker; two brothers; and a sister.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.

Calling is from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
