IPFW Offers Applied Leadership Series

IPFW announced an Applied Leadership Series, an intensive five-day leadership development program designed to help business managers refine their leadership skills.
Courses will be taught by IPFW faculty and leaders from the business community and will be held May 16 to 20, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.[[In-content Ad]]Areas to be explored include a review of the current economic climate, practicing key communication techniques, establishing a plan for workforce talent and succession, managing demographic shifts and workforce effectiveness, understanding developing legal and ethical issues, leveraging social capital and establishing innovation and entrepreneurship.
