Infant Jase Allen Jacquay, 20 hours, died at 4:35 p.m. March 10, 2014, in Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis. He was born March 9, 2014, in South Bend, to Earl Jacquay and Katie Fruit Jacquay, who survive in North Webster. Also surviving are three brothers, Hunter (twin brother), Maddox and Bayden; two sisters, Makayla and Hailey; paternal grandparents, Marcy and Earl Jacquay, North Webster; maternal grandmother and step grandfather, Patty and Mark Smith, Pierceton and maternal grandfather, Rick Fruit, Michigan City. Private family services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent via www.titusfuneralhome.com
