Public notice is hereby given that on April 24, 2008, Duke Energy Indiana, Inc. filed an Application with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of a change in its Midwest Independent System Operator Management Cost and Revenue Adjustment Factor under its Standard Contract Rider No. 68 and for an alternative regulatory plan under Ind.
