County Line Rd., Suite 201, Greenwood, IN46143, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Warsaw Operations 2008 Obsolete Water Main Replacement Program - Chestnut Street replacement starting at the intersection of 3rd Street and connecting at the intersection of 9th Street, East Market Street replacement starting at the intersection of South Scott Street and connecting at the intersection of South Bronson Street, South High Street replacement starting at the intersection of East Center Street and connecting at the intersection of East Winona Street, and connecting to East Market Street start at the intersection of South Indiana Street and connecting at the intersection of South High Street. This project will occur in Seymour, Indiana 47274. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Winona Lake and Center Lake.
