Wallace and Virginia Huffman, Winona Lake, will mark their 65th wedding anniversary Jan. 12. Wallace Huffman and Virginia Slabaugh were married Jan. 12, 1943, at the Methodist Church Of Nappanee with the Rev. R.A. Sanks officiating.

He was a rural mail carrier in Leesburg and she was a teacher in Leesburg.

The couple have one child, Mike Huffman, Hudsonville, Mich. They have four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
