Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency, Central District Office, One Financial Place, Suite 2700, 440 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60605, for consent to merge Farmers State Bank, 102 E. Main St., Mentone, Indiana 46539 with and into Horizon Bank, N.A., 515 Franklin Square, Michigan City, Indiana 46360.
It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate.
This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. 5. Anyone may submit written comments on this application by March 24, 2016 to: Director of District Licensing, One Financial Place, Suite 2700, 440 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60605, or [email protected].
