Homeless Shelter Community Meeting Planned Wednesday

A community meeting to discuss a temporary homeless shelter that opened Dec. 1 in Warsaw will be Wednesday.

The meeting will be at 7:30 a.m. at Richard's Restaurant, 3605 Commerce Drive, to discuss Project Refuge Homeless Shelter.

The meeting is the regularly scheduled meeting of the Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association, but the morning will be devoted to discussing how to minister and meet the needs of the homeless.

Salvation Army, New Life Christian Church and the Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association opened a temporary homeless shelter Dec. 1 at New Life Christian Church.

The homeless shelter will be open for three months until Feb. 28 and provide dinner, breakfast, sleeping quarters and showers to those who cannot provide them for themselves[[In-content Ad]]
