Rick and Julie Henderson, Pierceton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shana Henderson, Pierceton, to Nathaniel Carver, Warsaw. He is the son of Kurt and Susan Carver, Warsaw.

The bride-to-be works at Zimmer, Warsaw. She is a 2003 graduate of Whitko High School, South Whitley. She received a legal secretary associate's degree from International Business College in 2005.

The groom-elect works at Instrumental Machine & Development, Warsaw. He is a 2004 graduate of Whitko High School, South Whitley. He attended Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
