COLUMBIA CITY – Helen Marie Wolfe, 92, of Larwill, died at 7:26 a.m. Jan. 21, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Columbia City, where she was a resident since November 2012.
She was born May 5, 1920, in Whitley County, to Andrew and Mary Kathryne Beaucha Gebert. In July 1957, she married Willis D. Wolfe, who died Nov. 11, 1985.
She graduated from Larwill High School. She retired from Weatherhead, Columbia City, with 38 years of service.
Surviving are three children: Barbara (and spouse William) Shepherd, Leesburg; Mary Lou Loe, Columbia City; and Robert Wolfe, Park Falls Wis.; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a daughter,  two sisters, a brother and a great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Calling is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
