Harrett "Faye" Baker, 76, of 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw, died at 8:15 a.m. Aug. 5, 2009, in Mason Health & Rehab Center, Warsaw.

She was born Dec. 11, 1932, in Letcher County, Ky., to Steve and Mattie Amburgy Mullins.

Living in Kosciusko County for the past year, she lived most of her life in Hazard, Ky., where she was a waitress in the high school cafeteria for many years.

Surviving are a son, Darrell (and spouse Kathy) Baker, Warsaw; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

No services or calling are planned.

Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
