NORTH MANCHESTER – Harold  J. “Sparky” Clark, 76, North Manchester, died at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 21, 2011, in Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester.  
He was born June 22, 1935, in Wabash County, to George W. and Beulah I. Clark. On April 8, 1955, he married Lois I. Hetler, who survives.
He was a television repairman and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Wabash. He graduated from Central High School in 1953 and Coyne Electrical School, Chicago, Ill., in 1955. He was an electronic technician for eight years at ITT, Fort  Wayne. In 1953, he started Clark & Sons Television Repair in the basement of Clark’s Log Cabin, North Manchester. He worked at Sears & Roebuck, Fort Wayne,  from 1963-97. He started Clark’s Video and Electronics, North Manchester, 1985 with his wife and son. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1518 and Sons of the American Legion 286.                    
Surviving are three sons: Michael J. (and spouse Donna) Clark, North Manchester; Gregory A. Clark, Noblesville; and Steven W. (and spouse Donna) Clark, Parkland, Fla.; two daughters, Kimberly K. (and spouse Edward) Wolms, Glenview, Ill., and Rhonda L. (and spouse Kim) Bradley, Marion; a sister, Joan (and spouse Wayne) Miller, North Manchester; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
