Katie Eileen Hamilton and Casey James Vetter were married at 1 p.m. June 6, 2009, at Saint Peter's Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, with Father Tony Steinacker officiating.

The bride's parents are Joe and Karin Hamilton, Warsaw, and the groom's parents are Randy and Dianna Vetter, Decatur.

Matron of honor was Autumn Byerly, friend of the bride, Indianapolis. Bridesmaids were Lyncel Bajas, Kari Castle and Jen Sanders, all Charolotte, N.C.; Lori Dillow, Fishers; Kristi Carlson, Chicago, Ill.; and Jamie Salpietro, Carmel. Flower girl was Madelyn Minogue, cousin of the bride, Streamwood, Ill., and Erin Minogue, cousin of the bride, Schaumburg, Ill.

Best man was Clint Vetter, brother of the groom, Decatur. Groomsmen were Tom Freidt, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Sam Conrad, Dayton, Ohio; Jeremy Porter and Joe Wetzel, both of Decatur; Eric Ramig, Denver, Colo.; and Matt Langferman, Miramar, Calif. Ring bearer was Connor Minogue, cousin of the bride, Schamburg.

Ushers were Sean Hamilton, Warsaw, and Parker Braun, Decatur.

The reception was at ANG Dining Facility, Fort Wayne.

The bride is a marketing coordinator at Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, East Hartford, Conn. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2001, and earned a bachelor's degree in communication and a minor in intrapersonal communcation from Ball State University in 2006.

The groom is a F119 systems customer service engineer at Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, and is an aircraft maintenance officer in the New York Air National Guard, Newburgh, N.Y. He graduated from Bellmont High School, Decatur, in 2001; earned a bachelor's degree in aeronautical science and professional aviation from Indiana State university in 2006; and studied A.S. aviation maintenace technology at Community College of Air Force, Randolph Air Force Base.

The wedding trip was a nine-day Caribean cruise.

The couple resides in Vernon, Conn.
