Halle Properties, LLC (20225 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85255) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Warsaw Discount Tire located in Lot 3 in the Menards 3rd Subdivision as recorded in plat book 14, page 34 in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.  Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Beyer-Brady Ditch.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Richard Sommer at Halle Properties, LLC.
