Ashley Danae Grimm and Brent Philip Doty were married at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 19, 2009, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw, by Pastor Andy Martin.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Linda (Snyder) Smith, Warsaw, and the late Alan Grimm. The groom is the son of Kent and Christy (Beer) Doty, Milford.

The bride was escorted by her brother, Staff Sgt. Adam Grimm, El Paso, Texas. Matron of honor was Claire Beckett Mason, Indianapolis.  Bridesmaids were Laurel Jenks, Indianapolis, and Katy Casburn, Evart, Mich. The flower girls were Ani Drew and Alexa Danae Chaney, Indianapolis.

Best man was Scott Beasley, Fort Wayne. Groomsmen were Tyler Fowler, Walton, and Ryan Keena, Fort Wayne. 

Ushers were Adam Grimm; Matt Muns, Hermosa Beach, Calif.; and Michael Parker, Fort Wayne. Greeters were Erin Doty and Carmen Grimm, sister and sister-in-law of the bridal couple.

The reception was held at Ramada Plaza, Warsaw. 

The bride received a bachelor's degree in 2007 in elementary education from Anderson University and is a first-grade teacher at Alma Easom Primary School, Fayetteville, N.C.

The groom received a bachelor's degree from IPFW in 2007 in middle school education, and is a seventh-grade math and science teacher at Max Abbott Middle School, Fayetteville. He also coaches girls softball.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Florida. They currently reside in Fayetteville, N.C.
