Leonard “Danny” and Nancy Gray, 6122 E. McKenna Road, Warsaw, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 27, 2011.

They were married Aug. 27, 1961, by the Rev. Lawshe at his residence in Epworth Forest.

They owned and operated Grays Super Market, North Webster, from 1961-72. Danny went on to work for L.M. Berry until the company moved its business out of Warsaw. He then went to work for the Warsaw Community School Corp., retiring in 1998. Nancy took early retirement from DePuy in 1995 and went to the Warsaw Community School Corp., retiring in 2000.

The couple have a son, Monty (and spouse Christine) Gray; a daughter, Judy (and spouse Thomas) Aycock, Elkhart; and a granddaughter.

A family trip to Kansas City is planned for the fall.
