The Grace Trust Inc. (dba Encompass World Partners, formerly Grace Brethren International Missions), with headquarters at 5938 Buford Highway, Suite 216, Atlanta, Ga., announces its annual corporation meeting will be convened at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort, in Indian Wells, Calif., at 12:15 p.m. July 31 in conjunction with the Vision 2020 West conference sponsored by the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches.

Agenda items will include:

Announcement of the results of the 2012 board elections and appointment of board officers.

Ratification of 2013 ballot for the board of directors.

Review of financial statements.

Remarks from the executive director.
