Government

One of the reasons you hear about needing health care reform is the "skyrocketing costs." So this Administration says it has to be done now.

And why would we think the government could cut those skyrocketing costs and provide good care? They can't run the country and keep the deficit down. They can't pass a bill that is just for one purpose - has to have all that pork added in.

All I see from this new "Obamacare" is skyrocketing taxes and a lot less care than what I can get now. Why is this administration so concerned about skyrocketing health care costs when they want to put in Cap and Trade? That will cause skyrocketing energy costs - Obama said so himself.

The government couldn't even handle their Cash for Clunkers program. Why should taxpayers pay for others to buy new cars? There are a lot of people who are driving real clunkers but their vehicles don't qualify. I'm talking real clunkers that shouldn't be on the road. And I want them to run my health care? I don't think so.

They want to "skyrocket" our fuel bills so they can force us to drive the vehicles they think we should drive. This makes no sense. Why would the government worry about high costs in one area for us and then give us much higher costs in other areas? It is so obvious this has nothing to do with cost. If the care is so bad, then why do so many people from so many other countries come here for it? Give us jobs and we can choose what we want.

I absolutely hate election time, but for once in my life I can't wait for 2010 or 2012 to get here. We, the people, need to do some serious house cleaning in regards to our government before the cost to live in the USA skyrockets.

Only thing I can say is - Congress, I hope you are paying attention. We, the people, are coming with our votes.
