NORTH MANCHESTER – Glenna E. Parker, 73, Silver Lake, died at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 31, 2016, in Visiting Nurse Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
She was born July 26, 1942, in Silver Lake, to Lawrence and Alice Moore Wray. On Oct. 9, 1960, she married Kenny Graybill. On March 23, 2001, she married Jerry L, Wright, who died March 12, 2005. On Feb. 16, 2008, she married Terry Parker, who survives.
She was former owner of Log Cabin Restaurant and was a hairdresser for many years. She loved wintering in The Villages, Fla. She was a member of First Brethren Church, North Manchester. She was a member of Women of the Moose 741, Plymouth, and attended Silver Lake High School.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandi Fruitt, North Manchester, and Cindy R. Ringel, Wabash; a stepdaugher, Mindy Flora, North Manchester; four stepsons: Greg Wright, Indianapolis; Rocky (and spouse Lisa) Parker, Delaware, Ohio; Rod (and spouse Karleia) Parker, Wakarusa; Rob (and spouse Renee) Parker, Winona Lake; a brother, LeRoy (and spouse Shirley) Wray, Goshen; two stepbrothers, Ira (and spouse Nancy) Lewis, Claypool, and Bud (and spouse Ethel) Lewis, North Manchester; a sister, Wilma Metzger, North Manchester; five stepsisters: Esther Wrightsman, Silver Lake; Margaret (and spouse Ralph) Montel, Warsaw; Dorothy Thomas, Ohio; Pat Brunk, West Alexandria, Ohio; and Phyllis (and spouse John) Gove, Springhill, Fla.; mother-in-law, Geraldine Parker Warner, Winona Lake; three grandsons: Kristopher Fruitt, North Manchester; Colton (and spouse Jill) Ringel and Connor Ringel, all of Wabash; three grandchildren; 12 step-great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Kurt Stout officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
