Harry and Barbara Gigous celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family at the YMCA camp which adjoins the Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colo.
He and the former Barbara Beck were married in the United Methodist Church, June 20, 1965, in Merrillville, by the Rev. Paul Davidson.
The couple have four children: Rachel (and spouse Dan) Bush, Indianapolis; Joshua (and spouse Kim) Gigous, Winona Lake; Aaron (and spouse Tonya) Gigous, Peoria, Ill.; and Rebecca (and spouse Mayf) Combs, Grand Rapids, Mich. They also have nine grandchildren.
Since retirement, the couple have enjoyed visiting much of the United States either as participants in art festivals or touring with one of their vintage Chevys in one of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America Tours.[[In-content Ad]]
