A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, he was a former machinist at Paragon Inc., Pierceton, retiring after 18 years of service.
Surviving are a daughter, Renee Stahl, Kendallville; a son, Sean Woods, Valparaiso; and his father, Donald Woods, Warsaw.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
No calling is planned.
