Gary Irvin Ford, 58, of 1304 St. Mary's Drive, Warsaw, went to be with his Heavenly Father at 9:17 a.m. Sept. 16, 2009, in his residence.

He was born Aug. 30, 1951, in Marion, to David Irvin and Helen H. Flynn Ford. On Aug. 15, 1970, he married Paulette Jeaneen Baum, who survives.

Living in Kosciusko County for the past 24 years, he worked in the maintenance department at Chore-Time/Brock, Milford, for 10 years prior to retirement due to ill health in 2007. Prior to moving to Warsaw in 1985, he was a mechanic in Plymouth.

Also surviving are three daughters, Tracey (and spouse Woody) Layne and Tresa (and spouse Jason) Nichols, all of Pierceton, and Trisha (and spouse Andy) Bills, Columbia City; seven grandchildren: Shelby Layne, Brooks Smith, Chenee and KateLynn Gaff, Ally Nichols and Ellee and Carter Bills; his father, David (and spouse Grace) Ford, Jonesboro; two brothers, Randy Ford, Jonesboro, and Mike (and spouse Sandra) Kinder, Walkerton; and two sisters, Gail Ford, Jonesboro, and Penny Smith, Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Helen and Bill Kinder.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Jeff Pfeifer officiating.

Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
