Tracy and Amy Furnivall, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Shoemaker Furnivall, Evansville, to Ross J. Myers, Evansville. He is the son of Jack and Janie Myers, Washington, Ind.
The bride-to-be graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2008 and is attending the University of Evansville, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2012.
The groom-elect works at Berry Plastics, Evansville. He  graduated from Washington (Ind.) High School in 2004 and earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Southern Indiana in 2008.
The couple plan a June 11, 2011, wedding.
