Bob and Ada Frenger, Syracuse, will mark their 60th wedding anniversary May 20, 2009. Bob Frenger and Ada Culp were married May 20, 1949, in Bremen.

Both worked at Coppes Kitchens in Nappanee and Homecrest in Goshen. They both are now retired.

The couple have three children: Vicki (and spouse Larry) Klotz, Milford; Peggy (and spouse Russell) Slabaugh, Lake Zurich, Ill.; and Kent Frenger, Churubusco. They have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The couple will celebrate the anniversary with an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. May 16 at the Union Center Church of the Brethren, 70535 CR 11, Nappanee. The couple request no gifts.[[In-content Ad]]
