Frederick Appointed To NWCPL Board Of Trustees

NORTH WEBSTER – The North Webster Community Public Library announced the appointment of Dr. Terry Frederick to its board of trustees.
Frederick will serve a four-year term, replacing outgoing trustee Steve Matthias.
A retired physician, Frederick practiced family medicine in the Carmel area for most of his career before moving back to his native Fort Wayne in 1998 where he practiced urgent care and occupational medicine at Parkview Hospital. Retiring in 2010, Frederick and his wife, Sue, have lived on Webster Lake for 15 years.
In retirement, Frederick volunteers at a free medical clinic in Columbia City for uninsured low-income patients and as a short-term medical missionary to Haiti and other countries. He is also president of the Webster Lake Conservation Association and a vice president of the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation. He and his wife have three grown children and five grandchildren and enjoy kayaking, walking and reading.[[In-content Ad]]
