Four Face Cocaine Charges

Rigoberto Nunez, 39, of 1818 Nye St., Warsaw, was charged with four counts of dealing in cocaine, more than 3 grams, a Class A felony. His bond was set at $10,000.
Michele Nunez, 36, of the same address, was charged with one count of dealing in cocaine, more than 3 grams, a Class A felony, and maintaining a common nuisance. Her bond was set at $10,000.
Simeon Pina, 31, of 1999 W. CR 900N, Milford, was charged with three counts of dealing cocaine, more than 3 grams, a Class A felony. His bond also was set at $10,000.
And Filiberto Rubacav Huizar, also known as Filiberto H. Rubalcava, 22, of 1824 Michael St., Warsaw, was charged with visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor, dealing cocaine or narcotics, and identity theft. His bond was set at $80,000.
According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department press release provided by KCSD Sgt. Chad D. Hill, Public Information Office, on Tuesday the Drug Task Force culminated a two-month-long investigation into the distribution of large amounts of cocaine in the Warsaw area. The investigation led the Task Force to 1818 Nye St., Warsaw, where undercover officers were able to purchase cocaine on several occasions.
A search warrant was obtained for the residence. Upon execution of the warrant, officers found approximately 2 ounces of cocaine, numerous paraphernalia items and documents associated with the dealing of cocaine. Pina, Huizar and the Nunezes were at the residence and arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force was assisted in the investigation by other state and federal agencies, including the Kosciusko County SWAT Team, Warsaw Police Department, Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office and the KCSD.
More arrests and indictments are anticipated.
