Four people were arrested Tuesday night after county drug officers received a tip of a meth lab.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force Officers went to 1414 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, after receiving information that a meth lab may be inside.

Once there, police arrested Jacob Paul Miller, 35, of 1414 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, possession/receiving stolen property and on an outstanding warrant for ephedrine restriction. Miller's bond was set at $21,500.[[In-content Ad]]Mindy Sue Ditton, 32, of the same address, was charged with possession of paraphernalia and an illegal drug lab after officers located several precursors for the production of methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $5,000.

Stolen property inside the residence then led DTF officers to 606 E. Center St., where they found and arrested Morgan Rachel Wood, 24, of 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, for possession/receiving stolen items. Wood's bond was set at $2,000.

Police said stolen items were found at both Wood's home and the address she was arrested at.

When DTF officers returned to the Fort Wayne Street address they arrested Kyle Dean Miller, 48, homeless, for dealing methamphetamine.

According to police, Kyle Miller came to the address on a mo-ped with a mobile meth lab on him that was in a volatile state.

The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team was called to the scene to secure the mobile meth lab, which is referred to a "one potter" in street terminology.

The one potter method cooks meth in a single container. It must be burped every 15 to 20 minutes or it can explode due to the gases that are produced.

Kyle Miller was arrested Dec. 29 for possession of methamphetamine and was currently out on bond. His bond was set at $20,000.
