Four people, including a former employee, have been arrested in connection with Thursday's alleged armed robbery of a Warsaw business.

An investigation by Warsaw Police Department officers led to the arrests of Cory G. Arndell, 21; Sara A. Waudby, 18; and Adam R. Summers, 20, all of Fort Wayne, and Nathan J. Patterson, 20, of 5497 W. Sycamore St., Silver Lake.

Police said Arndell is a former Kosciusko County resident and a former employee of On Cue in the Marketplace of Warsaw.

During Thursday's incident, two employees reported being approached by two men, one of whom was allegedly armed with a knife.

The men reportedly fled with the bank deposit bag and a female employee's purse. The incident occurred at 11:19 p.m.

Patterson and Summers are each charged with armed robbery, a Class B felony, and theft, a Class D felony. Arndell and Waudby are each charged with aiding in an armed robbery, a Class B felony, and theft, a Class D felony. Patterson was released after posting a $10,000 bond. The others are still incarcerated, each being held on $10,000 bond.

According to a press release, all four were arrested Sunday morning after a search warrant was executed at the Fort Wayne apartment where Arndell and Waudby live.

Patterson also sometimes uses that address. Officers with the Allen County Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police assisted in the search of the Brandy Chase Apartments residence, where items recovered implicated the suspects in the Warsaw robbery, police said.

Another investigation continues by the ACSD vice and narcotics division, with additional arrests pending because of drugs reportedly found in the home.

The On Cue robbery also remains under investigation. [[In-content Ad]]
