Betty Clover established the Reuben F. and Betty Jane Clover Charitable Fund at the Community Foundation prior to her death, with plans to fund it with the trust held by Lake City Bank.

"It is thrilling to see that Betty's planning over several years, has come to fruition. We at Wealth Advisory Group of Lake City Bank are honored to carry out Betty's wish to establish this fund," said Michel.

"Mrs. Clover's gift is a great example of how the Community Foundation can help meet a donor's charitable dreams," said Foundation Executive Director Suzie Light.

"The gift also is a great example of how a single endowment fund can help a donor establish a legacy in the community and benefit multiple charities that are important to the donor," Light said.

The Kosciusko County Community Foundation Inc. has been meeting the charitable goals of donors since 1968.

The Foundation is a public charity, so gifts made to the Foundation are tax deductible. For more information about the foundation, call 574-267-1901 or visit www.kcfoundation.org
