Fishing Workshop Planned

Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will offer a Beginners Fly Fishing Workshop Sept. 21 from 9 a.m. to noon at Nye Park. Instructor Charlie Ray will teach participants basic fly fishing techniques, casting, how to choose fly rods and lines, safety and etiquette, and more.  Participants will also learn fly tying with basic knots and bugs.
The cost is $10 per person. The minimum age is 11. All equipment is provided by the instructor. Registration is required by Sept. 18 or until full, and classes fill up quickly.
