Tom Warner, veteran firefighter from the South Whitley/Cleveland Township Fire Department, recently shared his experiences as a firefighter with Mrs. Trump’s second-grade class at South Whitley Elementary School. 

Warner stressed the importance of having a working smoke detector, an escape plan from their bedroom, and a meeting place outside of their home in case of a fire. Students in Trump’s class have been reading ‘Fighting the Fire’ and talking about fire fighters.[[In-content Ad]]
