Max and Phyllis Faulkner, Bourbon, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bourbon United Pentecostal Church fellowship hall. They were married June 2, 1949.

He retired from R.R. Donnelley & Sons and she retired from Triton Schools.

They have six children: Teresa Mokhles, Sedra, Cairo, Egypt; Eric (and spouse Pam) Faulkner, Pittsboro; Nathan Faulkner, and Seth (and spouse Kathi) Faulkner, all of Bourbon; Kriby Faulkner, Evansville; and Chris Faulkner, Atwood.
