I am writing this letter to warn anyone who goes to a fast food restaurant on the west side of Ind. 15 to be aware.

Last night my family and I went through the drive through and ordered food. We had not left the parking lot when we noticed we were short two sandwiches and some other items. I went back around through the drive to let them know. The manager came to the window and told me she had bagged it herself and just knew they had given it to us. I was in disbelief! She made me feel so low that I told her she could search my car. I was so mad at this point I went in with the receipt. I showed it to her with the food I had received. She said again she knew she had given me all the food because she had bagged it herself. She didn't personally hand me the bag so I think it is possible she bagged it and someone may have given it to another car.

I guess that is not the point. The point is I paid for it! I was called a liar! She treated me this way in front of all her co-workers. She did end up giving my money back instead of giving me my $1 sandwiches. If I were her boss she would be fired. She just called me a liar and lost the business money over a couple of bucks! She has no business being a manager and I know this place is a big franchise, but I'll be happy to take my business across the street anytime I'm on that side of town and want a burger from now on.
