Evelyn H. Enders, 79, of 1817 Sharon St., Warsaw, died at 7:14 a.m. March 14, 2007, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Aug. 21, 1927, in East Vandergrift, Pa., to Stanley and Anna Katsimba Witczak. In 1947, in Chicago, she married Eugene Enders, who preceded her in death.
Moving to Indiana from Chicago in 1960, she retired from R.R. Donnelley & Sons after 22 years, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She loved her dog Lady, working in her flower garden and spending time with her family.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dave (Elizabeth) Kintzel and Mrs. Tom (Elaine) Long, both of Warsaw, and Edith Enders, Florida; two sons, Edward (and wife Tammy) Enders and Elliott Enders, both of Warsaw; two brothers, Robert Mocadlo, Warsaw, and Edward Morgan, Chicago; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her faithful companion, Lady. She was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Dick Kehoe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
