NOTICE OF A HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES Property owners, ratepayers and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the Electric Utility of the Town of Etna Green are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 2010-4 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Electric Utility, was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council on September 14, 2010. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 2010, in the Heritage Park Building, 338 South Walnut Street, Etna Green, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges, and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 2010-4 which provided in part as follows: RESIDENTIAL SERVICES "R" Phase I Phase II Customer Charge: $6.51 per month $5.72 per month Energy Charge: $0.0769 per kWh $0.0784 per kWh Seasonal Service: Such seasonal and applicable minimum charge shall continue for not less than six (6) consecutive months each time service is established. Utility's trip charge of $25.00 shall apply each time that service is connected or disconnected. All such service applications shall be in the name of the property owner, who shall be responsible for the payment of all bills. Phase I rates shall be effective January 1, 2011 and Phase II rates shall be effective Janaury 1, 2012. At such hearing and prior to final adoption of said Ordinance, all interested parties may appear and be heard. A copy of the Ordinance No. 2010-4 may be examined at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
