Etna Green Associates, LP shall hold a public auction on the 12th day of February, 2012 at 12:01 p.m. at 210 S. Main, Lot 19, Etna Green, Indiana 46524, Kosciusko County, Indiana 46555. The purpose of the auction is to sell a mobile home that was abandoned on Etna Green Associates, LP property without their permission. The notice requirements of Ind. Code § 9-22-1.5-3 have been met by posting notice on the mobile home to notify the mobile home owner that the mobile home is on Etna Green Associates, LP property without their permission. The mobile home owner has not responded to the notice to remove the mobile home from Etna Green Associates, LP property. Etna Green Associates, LP is unable to notify those who may have liens, security, or any other interests in the mobile home, as the mobile home has no visible identification number. Further, Etna Green Associates, LP is unable to request relevant information from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles without a valid social security number of the mobile home owner. Therefore, Etna Green Associates, LP is unable to ascertain whether any person has a lien, security, or other interest in the mobile home. The following is a description of the mobile home and its believed owner:
Location: 210 S. Main, Lot 19, Etna Green, Indiana 46524
Description: 1970 Park, 12x60, Tax ID #012-408051-03
Owner: Jamin Geldner or Kevin Irwin
The mobile home shall be sold to the highest bidder. The high bidder must remove the mobile home from Etna Green Associates, LP property and pay for any costs associated therewith, which specifically includes any damage to the property which may occur during removal of the mobile home.
